The Asia Pacific Society of Technology and Education issues an official Invitation Letter to participants who have successfully completed their conference registration. This document serves as formal confirmation of participation and is provided in English for submission to the relevant authorities as part of the application process.
Please note that this letter is issued solely as a supporting document and does not guarantee approval, as all decisions are made independently by embassies or consulates.
To receive the Invitation Letter, participants must complete the following:
Complete the conference registration and ensure that payment is successfully processed.
A Registration Form link will be shared after confirmation. Participants are required to submit all necessary details accurately.
The submitted information will be reviewed for completeness and accuracy.
Upon successful verification, the Invitation Letter will be issued and sent to the participant’s registered email address.
The Invitation Letter is provided only for supporting purposes and does not influence approval decisions.
Processing timelines vary depending on the country and authority. Early application is strongly recommended.
