Dont's:

  • Don't book your accommodation and travel tickets without checking the official event schedule. Event organizers will not be responsible for any damages or losses due to rescheduling or cancellations.
  • Avoid arriving at the event venue before or after the reporting time. You must plan your day keeping in mind the event timings.
  • Do not include maps and images of disputed territories anywhere in the world in your presentations or papers.
