Invitation Letter
The invitation letter is proof that the paper submission and registration request have been received by the conference organizers. Provided in English to support visa applications. However, it does not guarantee a visa.
Invitation letters won't be sent until your registration and payment have been received in full. Email will be used to communicate invitation letters.
In order to request an invitation letter, just email us with the following data:

Please be aware that the organising committee has no influence on the application process for visas or the judgement of the visa adjudicator at the embassy or consulate.Actual visa issuances cannot be the conference's responsibility. Individual processes take different amounts of time, therefore you should start your application as soon as you can.
We cannot appeal the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' decision should your application be rejected, and we will not speak with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Embassy on the applicant's behalf or interact with them.
